Rita joined SiteWorks in 2024. She is a registered landscape architect with more than thirteen years of experience. Her practice has focused on urban, public realm landscape architecture including parks, plazas, waterfronts and streetscapes. Rita is a problem solver with a strong technical background. She has experience with all phases of project development from schematic design through construction administration and project close-out. In addition to her talents as a designer, she is experienced in delivering constructability reviews, cost estimates, and project specifications
Rita is a seasoned project manager who is an effective cross-disciplinary collaborator. She is a clear communicator who has facilitated client and stakeholder meetings as well as public presentations. She has managed numerous projects with complex schedules, tricky subsurface utilities and ground conditions, phased bidding and implementation, and landscape architectural construction budgets ranging from $1.5 to $6.5 million
